This is an outdated server meaning it will no longer receive updates or new features
This server began as a nearly vanilla 1.17 server, with a somewhat large border around spawn,
the experimental caves and cliffs data pack, as well as a proximity voice chat mod.
Over time, more mods were added and the world border was expanded.
Fabric mod loader and all required mods are necessary to join the server
Find more information on Fabric installation and mod installation below.

A guide of the Fabric installation process, as well as how to install mods
Before we begin, the Fabric installer, as well as the Fabric API, can be downloaded at fabricmc.net
You will also need to have a recent version of Java (16 or 17) installed in order to use the installer jar and play the game
It is highly recommended you make a new Minecraft installation using a different directory. Using different installations with custom directories allows you to have different "profiles" for different game versions, each with its own key binds set, worlds, resource packs, and mods.
Start by navigating to the "Installations" section of the Minecraft launcher, and choose to create a new one.
After creating a new installation, you can change the icon and name it whatever you want.
Select the game version you wish to use, (in this case, it will be Fabric which we install later).
After all of that, look at the "Game Directory" section
Click "Browse" to open up a file explorer
Scroll down to find the ".minecraft" directory, and inside of it make a new folder. This is where your installation data will be stored.
Name this folder whatever you wish, and if you plan on having more than one custom directory, you can make a folder to store your directory folders inside.
After making and selecting your folder in the .minecraft directory, simply hit OK to save this setting and return to the launcher.
Now return to the main page of the Minecraft launcher, open the collapsible menu to the left of the play button, select your installation, and start the game.
To begin the installation of Fabric, download the Fabric installer here, either the EXE file or universal jar file (jar is recommended).
Run this file either by simply starting the EXE or opening the jar file with Java (jar files should default to open with Java if Java is installed)
Under the client tab inside the installer, select 1.17.1 under the "Minecraft Version" drop-down menu, make sure Fabric is being installed to your ".minecraft" location (Minecraft may be installed in a different location if you chose to have it somewhere else when installing the launcher or if you've downloaded the launcher from the Microsoft store. The Fabric installer should automatically find where your game installed), uncheck "Create profile," and click install.
Note that you must have previously run the version of Minecraft you are trying to install Fabric for at least once, if you have not done this yet, simply start the game in version 1.17.1 and close it, before installing Fabric.
Now, re-open the Minecraft launcher, go to your installations tab and edit your installation.
Change the game version to Fabric 1.17 and start your game in order to create all the necessary folders.
After starting your installation with Fabric, close out of the game and head to your ".minecraft" folder, go inside of your game directory folder, and you will be able to find a "mods" folder.
Just place all of your mods inside the "mods" folder and you will be good to go.
Next time you start the game, Fabric should be properly installed with all the mods you put in the proper folder.

A file containing these mods will not be provided, use the links provided (click the mod names) to download the latest releases of the mods you wish to use for Minecraft 1.17.1
Appleskin
Shows more information about food items and the hunger system, displaying the amount of hunger and saturation received from food items, as well as the amount of saturation you have and how long it will last.
Better F3
Makes the F3 screen much more readable, tidying it up and differentiating information.
Dynamic FPS
Forces Minecraft to run at 1 frame per second when not the selected window. This will drastically reduce strain on your computer when trying to do other tasks while your game is still open.
FerriteCore
Noticeably reduces the amount of memory Minecraft uses in most scenarios. It can be installed on either the server or client, however having it installed on both will further improve performance.
Iris
A performance-oriented shaders mod that is compatible with Sodium to further increase game performance. Allows players on lower-end systems to run shaders while still having acceptable game performance. This mod is not compatible with Optifine/Optifabric.
Krypton
Optimizes Minecraft's networking stack, resulting in improved server connection
LazyDFU
Lowers the time for your game to start by stopping Minecraft from performing multiple unnecessary tasks on startup.
Lamb Dynamic Lights
Adds dynamic lighting to your game, allowing you to hold items or blocks that would give off light and have them actually give off light. However, this is only a visual change and held items will not act as real light sources. Optifine comes with this feature included, so if playing with Optifine/Optifabric it is not necessary.
Lithium
Optimizes various game mechanics to improve performance. This can be installed on either the server or client, although there is no downside to having it on both.
Mod Menu
Adds a menu on the title screen allowing the user to view and configure installed mods. This mod is rather helpful as Fabric, unlike Forge, does not have a built-in menu to view installed mods.
Ok Zoomer
Allows the player to zoom in when pressing a button similar to Optifine's zoom feature. There are multiple different mods available that offer this function, but OK Zoomer is very customizable and the zoom distance can be changed by using the scroll wheel while zoomed in.
Optifine/Optifabric
Optifine is the classic performance-improving mod, not only noticeably improving the game performance compared to vanilla, but also giving players access to a zoom feature and shader support. When trying to use Optifine on Fabric, Optifabric is required as an addon mod to help port Optifine. Do note, Optifine/Optifabric is not compatible with many of the other performance-enhancing mods for Fabric such as Sodium, Iris and Phosphor. As well, in many scenarios, you will have even further increased performance using said incompatible mods. However, Optifine offers many more video settings to customize your game than these Fabric-exclusive mods.
Phosphor
Greatly improves game performance by completely reworking Minecraft's lighting engine. With the changes to the lighting engine, loading and rendering chunks becomes significantly faster while also preventing many of the lag issues caused by loading chunks.
Roughly Enough Items
In the player's inventory, a browsable list of all the items in the game, from vanilla or added by mods, can be found on the right side of the screen. With REI, you can check recipes for items as well as what recipes they can be used in.
Sodium
Drastically improves game performance unlike any other mod currently available.
